One of our neighbors was burgled and they lost several treasured items. The police knocked on our door and asked if they could look at our CCTV (cameras are clearly visible from the street). The officers immediately recognized the two men seen coming out of the house and took a copy of the footage. They were surprised at the quality of the images and said this will make it much easier to get a confession once we show them this film.

They also said that burglars tend to leave the houses with alarms and CCTV and burgle the ones that clearly don't have them. Our neighbors now have a burglar alarm and CCTV system from guardian Alarms.

Had to ring Guardian alarms because I had a problem with my alarm system. Was told by there office someone would get to me by 17.30. At 18.30 I rang the out of hours number and was told an engineer would ring me. By 20.00 I rang the out of hours number again and was told again an engineer would ring me. By 20.50 an engineer had rang me and explained he couldn't get to me until 01:00am.

This was unacceptable as I have young children and told the engineer I would ring the office in the morning. Spoke to their office the following morning and was told that they are currently short staffed and are struggerling to deal with the calls and I would have to wait. This level of service is appalling so I am looking for a new alarm company.

Have had a guardian alarm from over 3 years now. The system is very stable. no issues. The service is very Professional and friendly.

We have used Guardian Alarms in Croydon now for many years. We have always found their staff, starting with the ladies in the office extremely helpful, friendly, respectful and very professional. We wouldn't use a multi-national company as they do not give us the personal service we have always had with Guardian Alarms. Awful phone call with lady in office trying to arrange a call out for issue with alarm. Couldn't give a 2 hour window time and unsympathetic to the fact that I had to go out twice in a day to do a school run. She said the company has had policy for 35 years well perhaps it should change with the times and put their customers first! Will be looking for a different more professional supplier.

I was very impressed with the service I got when Guardian Alarms came to fit a new wireless burglar alarm and a 4 camera CCTV system for my house. The engineer was fast, polite and efficient and cleared all his boxes and equipment up before he left. My car was broken in to outside the house only 3 months after the CCTV was fitted and the police watched the tape and recognized who did it. The insurance company paid my claim the following week because of the police report and the fact that I now have CCTV. They don't always get away.

Thank you guardian alarms. We've never had a wireless burglar alarm system before, but it's great especially as we have just finished decorating. No wires anywhere and fitted so fast
