Please be wary of this company. They use false information to intimidate and threaten. Yesterday, they tried to break into my disabled mother's home to fit a smart pp meter. They said they had a court warrant. They did not. It did not apply to my mother. They threatened to physically remove her. She was terrified. I called police, as I was not nearby, who were great. Have proof in writing from energy company, my mum is not in debt with them. I shall be making a complaint.

Uttering billies take disputes to court miles across the country with no invite to attend received turn up with entry warrant and escalate things telling lies to police to get them to assist charge them for every threat made and hold them accountable for pushing lies, luckily for me live fairly close to this company so will be calling round there very soon to hand deliver chargers for them shame no possible to give less than 1 star

What an awful experience I encountered, wouldn't show me any prove as to who he was " it was none of my business" was the reply I got, this gentleman if you can call him that didn't and wouldn't show me any court papers etc. Nothing but bully boys. I feel for anyone who in the future meets people from this company.

I decided to change supplier for my electricity from Scottish Power, I guess they didnt like this, I received a very nasty threatening letter from a company called Grosvenor Services Group saying that if I didnt pay them immediately they was going to send someone around for payment or get a warrant of entry to change my meter. The final bill from Scottish Power is not due for payment until the 20th of May, this letter was written on the 7th of May.

Never heard of these people before, came home to find a letter from them about wanting to read my meter. Three days before I received my annual summary from my provider and all is well and up to date. These people are debt collectors from Sheffield, distributing letters in London, to a household without utility debts. Getting in touch with my service provider and ombudsman tomorrow. Need to know how they got my details and applying fraudulent claims as well. Very disturbing.
