I've been a customer for a couple of years, had a 20k service contract with them and have spent a further 20k+ with the installation of new vehicle barriers and access controls systems. I've found that they often omit costs when quoting for projects but won't take ownership of these omissions when the project stalls as a result. I've had to chase them (Simon Hunt) for renewal quotes and had emails ignored.
I recently had new barriers installed by Frontline but when they failed within a month they refused to attend site to repair citing the expered (only by a couple of days) service contract despite the barriers being within warranty. I even received a sarcastic email response from someone on the service desk named Sharon who replied with a winking emoji. Overall I've been very dissatisfied with the service received
