Crooked company! Horrible service and high prices. Super sketch. Any large companies trying to use this compound. please do not! Our company has had a multitude of issues with everything from installation to simple fixes. A lot of issues and nothing has worked correctly since installation but they will definitely charge you for what was supposed to be installed correctly to begin with. THE WORST GATE COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH.

They tried to withhold information from us for our security cameras in which we had already paid for in full. They send invoices with NO detail and expect you to pay random outrageous amounts. They convinced us that we needed an additional service from them and then conveniently "forgot" to tell us what we needed to do to make sure that it worked correctly.

Then continued to charge us when the service acted up. They canceled a contract with us and didn't communicate that they were cancelling the service. If I was able to give them a negative star review I would. JUST HORRIBLE! Very happy to know that our company will no longer be using them for any more of our properties! I can say that they succeeded to get more money out of us than they should have.

Needed some repairs to my security gate, they sent two welders to my property. They were very professional and informative on the work they will complete. I highly recommend this company for fence and gate repairs

I have been waiting for months to get a piece of paper from this company that will allow me to register a vehicle I bought from them. I have the title in MY possession, and have been unable to get any cooperation from this company. Find another company to do your work. These folks are shady. UPDATE: It has been two weeks since I talked to Robby. I was told he would call me back the next day. Two weeks later, and no contact.

Our HOA paid this company to build a fence, 2 gates and a fire gate. They built the fencing and the gates (the fire gate is not right), then refused to program the remotes and get the gates functional. They also overcharged for footage of the fencing. They then started saying they won't do anything else until we pay them more for the fencing they overcharged us for!

Now they are not taking calls from our HOA contact even though they said they wanted to talk about everything. When we said yes, we would like to get this sorted, they ignored us and are no longer in contact with anyone here. When we hired this company, it was run by someone else who came to our HOA meeting and told us all these things they were going to do for us. Halfway through the project, someone else bought the business and they are unwilling to get the gates operational.

We are now shopping around to find another company to take over and program the gates for all of us in the community and get us up and working. Unacceptable. I have only ever written good reviews online, but this is crazy!

This company is attempting to honor its agreements. Even though, it has had some questionable business practices in the past. This company has issues with its intrnal communication one hand doesn't know what the others doing. Project management is nearly nonexistent they cannot seem to follow through with planed specifications. These issues with project management are due mostly impart to lack of communication within their organization.

It is also due to not appropriately collecting the stakeholders expectations and communicating those expectations to project team members. 5/20/2020 - Update reached out to this company via our representative and got no positive response from this company. No resolutions were reached and their willingness to even discuss. 5/26/2020 - Today, we met with the new owner of this company.

He was very willing to work through the issues to come to a reasonable and agreeable resolution. This project has been sitting idle for months we discussed how to bring it to a close. This project was initiated under the previous owner of Compound Security Specialist. I will continue to update this review once certain deliverables are achieved: corrected invoices, fobs / credentials and training on operation of gates.

Loved working with the tech "Mike" We always got the prompt response and he resolved the issues quickly and met our needs. Def recommending Compound Security and ask for Mike!

Keep your children in your homes. Their driver clocked 50 mph in our residential street. No regard for safety.

Installed security gates at a brand new community and the equipment is obsolete in less than a year. Now the HOA has to pay to clean up their mess! Avoid at all costs.

We have a gate that was mis-wired by our previous repair company. Marco has been wonderful in re-wiring our Patriot system and troubleshooting the mis programmed remotes. We were willing to replace more parts that he felt needed and he did not try to sell us extra parts. He also gave us his direct line if we had any problems over the weekend after he came out.

Excellent in every way and the telephone support staff is also excellent. I appreciate that you can create a work order online and get an emaill confirming they are coming. Very efficient and responsive.

I was driving home from work on Austin Hwy, waiting on a light to turn, the driver went through a gas station entrance and exit instead of waiting in line as they drove, the passenger of the work vehicle sticks up his middle finger out the window at another car, and the driver erratically cut in front of me, he was driving out of control the entire time I had eyes on the vehicle I called the phone number on the truck and spoke with a representative and informed me she would contact the boss I gave her the license tag number. Nothing will probably be accomplished I guess I will see. I wish I could give a negative star for the unprofessional behavior.
