A recent CCTV and Automatic Gate installation carried out at a property. These are ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras which will allow the customers gates to automatically open by reading registered number plates on entering and exiting the property. The system allows the customer to input number plates which are allowed into the property and also input numbers plates to a 'barred list', preventing the gates from opening. Fantastic service from discussion of our security needs to changing our alarm. We wanted to update our old alarm system supplied by fortress to a more modern alarm that could be controlled via an app and receive notifications if we were away from home. Superb service from all of the team, would highly recommend.

I have CCTV, alarms, fire alarms and everything covering my business from Fortress. Excellent service, always available should I have questions about the system, and always friendly. I decided to have more storage added to my system and they came out no problem, explained everything to my staff step by step what had been done, and then showed them how to use it. Couldn't recommend Fortress enough!

I cannot recommend Fortress Security Alarms highly enough. They supplied and installed our alarm system/ CCTV and door entry system. The process was slick with a quick review of the premises/ detailed quote and neat and tidy installation with the latest technology. The ongoing maintenance and support has been excellent with immediate response from engineers on the rare occasion we have needed them.

Was supposed to install secure entry door and buzzers. Installed the door and never installed the handsets so you couldn't buzz anyone in. Asked if they all have PVG checks, still waiting. Lied and said I wasn't in, this was at 3.30pm and the note said 9.30, so their liars as well. They blocked my email cos I tried from another email and it worked so they'll not be near my flat until south Ayrshire Council can prove they've all had PVG checks due to my history and they will give me a time to install the handsets. I also suffer from seizures so how does an ambulance get it? Joke of a company and I'm not finished with them yet.

Critical: Value Absolute disgrace of a company, waited 9 months for a communial close door to be fitted, door does not close, used cheap. pine for an outside door frame, cheap plywood door, 1400 pounds we paid, still 2 weeks after it's been fitted waiting on them returning to fix it so it will close, beware do not use this company
