I was unable to open an old and very heavy safe. C H Wood were the only company willing to tackle the job. They came out promptly and several drill bits later the engineer had managed to drill through the hardened steel shell and with something akin to keyhole surgery he managed to release the mechanism. I was only interested in getting access to the safe contents and wasn't too concerned with keeping the safe intact. However, I was told a new lock can be fitted and the safe reused. Reasonable price considering the work involved.

Asked for a under counter trigger system to be installed at my off license in Bradford. They came to give a quote, assessed the door as this is where the device was going to be installed. We asked them was the door okay for the system to be installed, they said they email a quote which was a bit over priced at 400.00 as we looked it up the entire device came to 190.00. However, we asked for the job to be done for the following week and they carried it out.
I have only rated this company two stars, because after they finished the job, they stated the door needed repairing as it did not shut totally. Not once did they mention this beforehand only when finishing the job as the device did not work because the door needed adjusting. Now if I had known this, I would have repaired the door first then had the device fitted. All this company was bothered about was installing the device and getting paid for it. They later told me they know nothing about doors! feel very let down.

I must say ive had some bad experiences and this time I made sure I used an MLA approved company. From calling C H woods i was greeted with a friendly voice and was given very quick response time of 30 minutes which was great seen as was due to go on holiday the afternoon i lost my keys! Thanks again
