Security Matters

I have been using this company for the install, servicing and monitoring set up for our home alarm system for over 20 years. I have recently had a more modern system installed and chose to continue with the company. They are professional, easy to get to speak to someone and very helpful. I go to Matters for everything, plumbing, electrics, new kitchen, bathroom, heating, lighting and audio visual. I have reccomended them to friends and will continue to, they have great customer service, professional attitude with the family feel, I am so happy having them in my home and know I can trust them and they do such a great job.

Installer arrived promptly at advised time, was very professional even taking his shoes off without asking in the house, system was explained in detail so we know exactly how it works and how to use it all correctly, all my questions were answered in an easy manner - not too much technical information to take in

I have used them for Plumbing (new boiler and relocated it into the loft), Electrics (for the boiler and for a new fuse board, armoured cables in the garden, circuit breaker for the hot tub and outdoor socket and an outdoor light) and Audio Visual (Sky Ariel re-positioning ) services so far and would use them again for all their service offerings, next on the list is Security.
