My parents had a filing cabinet but had lost the keys. I ordered replacements from Ammerhurst (Keysplease) around midday on Friday using the number code on the cabinet lock. The keys arrived by Saturday morning! When I tried them they wouldn't fit into the lock and so I phoned Ammerhurst who asked me to email a photo of the lock. They quickly identified the problem - there was an old key broken off in the lock. When I managed to get this out the keys worked perfectly. Really pleased with the service from Ammerhurst and grateful for their advice.
