One of your drivers is driving recklessly, I tried calling the office and left messages but no response. The automated phone service just takes you around in circles and then hangs up. A black guy with long dreads driving a car with the company logo all over it ran me off the road. When I had a chance to get in front of him he pointed at his car camera and laughed.
He needs to know that when making a left turn he suppose to end up in the first lane. This guy went across all three lanes and nearly hit my car. This happened yesterday 6/5/22 outside of the winco shopping center on North Decatur and 215.

At first, I thought that Allied Universal Security Services would have been a great place to work, but after my first impression with the front desk I withdrew my application for employment and cancelled my interview. I will not work for a company that does not represent what they're supposed to be, "professional." Ms. Wilson the front desk receptionist, is an example of what not to be when being the face of a company. Now, when I think of AUS, I think of an unprofessional, inhospitable, hostile, and untrained environment. Unprofessional meaning Ms. Wilson did not act as a professional, but as a rude disgruntled and underpaid employee.
It's as though Ms. Wilson was taking out her frustration on unsuspecting, otherwise clueless possible future employees. This visualization is a representation of what everyone experiences when they first step into suite 210 of building 4000 on S. Eastern Avenue. Inhospitable and hostile are words to describe how Ms. Wilson makes the room feel when she acknowledges, responds to each and every individual walking into the office for the first time.
The moment you step into the AUS reception area you are met with an unbearable presence which is Ms. Wilson, she is also untrained or is unaware of what to look for when asking for identification, for example my email had stated this word for word, "Bring 2 forms of I-9 Verification Documents (example: Social Security Card, Driver's License, State issued ID, Birth Certificate, Passport, etc.)" Ms. Wilson refused to use my passport as it clearly says I can use, and she insisted I brought my social security card, or she would have to reschedule me because I did not have proper documentation.
I had to call the account manager in order to resolve the issue, had Ms. Wilson been properly trained the account manager who tried to recruit me wouldn't have been inconvenienced with a task that could have been handled at the lowest level. As a receptionist, it should have been Ms. Wilson's job to ask if a passport was a proper form of identification in lough of a social security card, instead she was quick to inconvenience someone who had driven all that way just to be turned away.
I am currently researching who in the upper echelon I can contact about Ms. Wilson's behavior, because if things are not resolved in house maybe things can be handled at a corporate level.

Kathy from Allied security is horrible. She took my papers @DMV Henderson and went inside to ask if I can go inside for processing; instead of allowing me to go to the information desk myself. How dare she tell me I can't go into the information desk myself. Why should I have to hand over my personal information to a security guard for approval to ask questions at the information desk. Kathy over stepped her job description.

This company is by far the worst that I've ever worked for with communication. Trying to contact Human Resources is a NIGHTMARE! They never answer or return calls! They had messed up my w2 forms as well for 2 years straight without even fixing my issue from the first year that I've wasted my time going ti branch, speaking to HR and she claimed she fixed the issue but it had still happened the following year.
Also a lot of favoritism from the Las7 Amazon site. Not sure if that goes on with all Allied sites or not but the good guards get treated differently while the lazy ones do less work and slack off

This black guy named Solomon works there. He lives in a sober living house and he has anxiety and other mental problems. And he's security for some reason. I guess anyone can pass a background check with this place. Trust allied their looking out for our best interests. That's why they employ people fresh out of desert parkway behavioral health.

The staff manning the pediatric door of Tower 1 at Sunrise Pediatric Hospital is the most unprofessional security "guards" I've ever encountered. They way that they treat the parents of terminally ill children THAT THEY SEE MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY is atrocious. You employ the type of people that need to feel power over people that are already in powerless situations.
They're fully trained in how to handle criminals.maybe you guys should do a little training for compassion if you're dealing multiple times a day with the parents of seriously I'll children. We have enough to worry about.
